唯品会的电子商务营销策略研究内 容 摘 要随着近年来互联网的迅速发展,基于互联网延伸的新兴产业不断涌现,在人们经济收入增大以及消费观念的改变的条件下,电子商务营销开始蓬勃发展。随后,越来越多的企业加入争夺这机遇与挑战并存的电子商务市场,使得该行业的竞争愈发激烈。对于新兴的电商行业,传统的营销策略已经不再适用,拥有独特的商业模式对目前电商企业来讲尤为重要。本文以电商企业唯品会的电子商务营销策略为研究对象,主要研究分析让唯品会在竞争激烈的市场中占有一席之地的营销策略,对唯品会基本状况、营销现状、宏观环境及微观环境等进行探究,通过 SWOT 分析唯品会的优势与劣势。在此过程中,发现唯品会在营销时也存在一定的问题需要优化解决。首先,网页对用户的精准个性化推荐不足;第二,商品种类繁杂、分类过多;其次,客户关系管理及售后服务有待提高;再者,其模式单一,特色易被模仿,优势被威胁;最后,其履约成本过高。为了让唯品会得到进一步的发展,需要对这些问题进行优化改善。而针对唯品会营销中存在的问题,笔者结合相关理论及社会实际情况,提出有效可行的优化方案,如优化大数据平台、减少商品类别、网络公关优化、提高企业曝光率等。希望笔者的建议可以为唯品会或其他电商企业提供一份参考,帮助他们适应瞬息万变的电商市场。关键词:电子商务;营销策略;SWOT 分析IResearch on Vipshop's E-commerce Marketing StrategyAbstractWith the rapid development of the Internet in recent years, emerging industries based on the extension of the Internet continue to emerge.
