三好学生评选问题摘要 “三好学生”评选从建国之初实行至今一直关系着广大学生的切身利益，每一位获奖者都是青年人的榜样.在各大高校中一直是备受关注.但是近年来随着各种问题的不断出现，对“三好学生”评选的质疑也越来越多，其中“三好学生”评选方法是否合理又是人们讨论的焦点问题.本文利用层次分析法构建“三好学生”评选新的指标体系，借助 MATLAB 软件求解指标权重，最后带入各要素等级赋分计算得到候选人的综合得分，从而给出最终人选，改进了传统评选方法的弊病，最后通过问卷调查方式分析新旧方法的满意度，论证了层次分析法在“三好学生”评选应用上的优势.关键词 三好学生 层次分析法 综合得分 Three Good Students SelectionAbstract The selection of "three good students" is related to the interests of most students. Every winner is a role model for young people. Colleges and universities have always been concerned about it. In recent years, with the continuous emergence of various problems, there are more questions about the selection of "three good students", among which whether the selection method of "three good students" is reasonable is the focus of discussion. This paper uses analytic hierarchy process to construct a new index system of "three good students" .As the same time, use MATLAB software to solve the index weight to get the comprehensive score of candidates, so as to give the final candidates, improve the disadvantages of traditional selection methods.
