In the course of radiotherapy, reactions that occur with the different degree of the normal tissues and organs , such as skin reactions , namely radiation dermatitis. Radiation dermatitis can be as high as 87% to 92%. In the implementation of radiation, the nurse should do a good job in the treatment and adverse reactions of education and guidance , to ensure the smooth progress of the treatment. Radiation dermatitis can cause skin changes or even cause pain , nurses need to do a good job education, guidance and care for patients with radiation dermatitis.
