Natural gas has become the main source of city gas, the formation of a national and multinational supply network. Design and construction of gas pipeline is very important. We must combine the running situation of the pipeline in the work process, comprehensive consideration of the construction site conditions and so on. Have the foresight to accord with the reality, to meet the families meet the precondition of enable us to design more reasonable and humane. This paper has carried on the analysis to the design and construction of city gas pipeline in the specification. Key word Town gas Pipeline construction Safety1安全经验分享1.1 基本情况2008 年 4 月 23 日，四川销售公司泸州公司小市加油站进行计量及安全检查时，发现93＃汽油地埋油罐出现渗漏，泸州公司接报告后，及时将渗漏油罐的剩余油品转出，停止该油罐作业。 4 月 30 日，经四川销售公司批复，同意进行渗漏油罐隐患整改，即更换油罐。同时整改项目增加建隔油池、完善罐区附属设备、改造输油管线、更换配电柜、改造供配电线路、改造加油站营业室外防雨棚六项检维修项目。 6 月 12 日泸州公司组织施工招标，确定四川省科锐盟钢结构工程有限公司负责工艺、电气线路安装项目，泸州市纳溪区第三建筑安装工程公司负责土建项目，两家施工单位分别签订了《工程施工合同》...
