The scaffold safety management is an important constituent of the construction safety management. It directly relates constructors’ safety, needing the enterprise especially focusing on this. The article first introduces the scaffold concept. Afterwards it draws out the construction safety management and the scaffold safety management measures. Then it supposes the question of the scaffold building which exists in the construction safety management, and analyzes the primary influence factor of scaffold security. Finally based on the scaffold building it supposes the construction security accident reason analysis, proposes the safety management measure about preventing the scaffold’s building security accident happened.
