Department of Surgical, the People"s Hospital of Xing"an, Guangxi Province, Xing"anxxxx,China) [Abstract] This article reviewed the B-ultrasounic diagnosis results of 11 cases of pancreatic cancer patients. All diagonosises were confirmed by surgery and/or pathology methods. The coincidence rate of B-ultrasonic diagnosis was 100% which compared to surgery diagnosis. The author believes that the B-ultrasonic diagnosis is a preferred method for pancreatic cancer patients which is high detection rate, no wound and safe.
