认知功效训练改善轻度认知功效障碍的研究进展摘要 阿尔茨海默病是最常见的神经系统退行性疾病之一，但其患者在达成痴呆症程度之前存在一定时期的轻度症状期，被称为阿尔茨海默病所致轻度认知功效障碍（mild cognitive impairment， MCI）阶段。但是，对 MCI 的治疗现在尚无统一的治疗原则或专家共识，且使用药品治疗 MCI 还存在一定的争议和风险。认知功效训练作为一种重要的非药品治疗手段，已逐步成为早期干预认知功效减退的一种重要手段和研究热点。本文介绍对 MCI 患者进行认知功效训练的惯用方式，具体叙述了认知域和非认知域训练两种办法对 MCI 患者的认知功效和日常生活能力的影响，并讨论了认知功效训练效果的评定办法和训练设计的改良方略。ABSTRACT Alzheimer’s disease is one of the most common neurological degenerative diseases. There is a phase with mild symptoms known as mild cognitive impairment （MCI） caused by Alzheimer’s disease before the onset of dementia. However ， there is no unified treatment principle or expert consensus for MCI treatment and furthermore there exist some controversy and risks in medicine therapy for MCI. Cognitive training， as an important non-pharmacological therapy ， has gradually become an important measure and research hot point for early intervention of cognitive dysfunction.
