我国中小企业财务管理存在的问题及对策摘要当前，中小企业作为我国经济的重要组成部分，在发展过程中，受到了我国的重视。但是，由于中小企业自身存在的问题，使其在发展过程中存在着很多的问题，其中财务管理方面所存在的问题在很大程度上制约着中小企业的全面发展。对此，就需要我国以及相关研究学者对其给予一定的关注和研究。基于此，在参考了大量研究文献的基础上，并当前中小企业财务管理的现状进行一定的探讨，首先阐述了中小企业财务管理的相关理论知识，其次，进一步分析了当前的一些中小企业财务管理中存在的一些问题，比如说，中小企业资本结构决策中的不和谐因素的分析、筹资融资困难、中小企业财务管理意识淡薄等，随后探讨了这些问题存在的原因，最后针对这些问题的存在提出一些完善的对策建议，即：加强企业资本结构的建设、完善企业自身的管理、树立中小企业管理观念，推动中小企业制度建立等建议，并希望这些建议的提出对中小企业财务管理的提高有一定的帮助，同时也给我国其他的中小企业财务管理提供借鉴。关键词 中小企业 财务 财务管理 AbstractAt present, small and medium-sized enterprises as an important part of our economy, in the development process,by our attention.
