摘 要随着对 5G 研究的不断深入，以及以“大智移云物”为代表的信息技术的发展，为中小企业借助新技术提高自身竞争力奠定了技术基础。同时，我国 GDP 增长率从 2016年开始进入缓慢下降阶段，经济结构也开始转型升级，这使得各行各业的竞争不断加剧。在这种大背景下，企业进行财务信息化建设，提高自身运营效率势在必行。但由于目前中小企业在人才、资金和基础设施等各个方面的不足，阻碍了中小企业财务信息化的建设。本文采用文献研究法，对中小企业的财务信息化建设目前存在的问题、可供选择的建设方案，以及可以采取的措施进行了探讨。同时本文提出中小企业的财务信息化建设可以在选择合适的建设方案的基础上，针对资金、人才、观念、制度和基础设施等薄弱项加以改进，形成更适合本企业情况的建设计划，从而推进企业的建设进程，更好的适应当前经济社会的发展。关键字：中小企业，财务信息化，财务软件，云会计，解决措施本科论文AbstractWith the continuous deepening of 5G research and the development of information technology represented by "big wisdom move cloud", lay a technical foundation for SMEs to use new technologies to improve their competitiveness.
