I乌镇和南锣鼓巷戏剧节运作模式比较研究摘 要自上个世纪 80 年代以来,我国戏剧行业面临着观众群体数量锐减、外国文化的冲击、大部分剧院运转倚赖国家拨款等问题。中国戏剧行业正处于一个亟待转型的时期为了繁荣戏剧事业,培养戏剧创作人才,提升戏剧作品的艺术水准,拓展戏剧市场,国内出现了多个戏剧节。其中以乌镇戏剧节和北京南锣鼓巷戏剧节为代表,尤其是乌镇戏剧节,在国内拥有极大的号召力和知名度。这些戏剧节带动了国内对戏剧行业的关注,培养了一批新的戏剧观众。它们的运作模式是它们能取得良好成绩的关键因素,对未来其他戏剧节的发展有借鉴意义。本文以乌镇戏剧节和北京南锣鼓巷戏剧节为研究对象,分析两个戏剧节运作模式的核心要素,主要包括:节目设计、资金支持、宣传推广和组织管理,比较其运作模式存在哪些成功之处以及欠缺之处,同时提出有利于戏剧节发展的意见和建议,为国内戏剧事业的发展提供启示。关键词:乌镇戏剧节;南锣鼓巷戏剧节;运作模式IIABSTRACTSince 1980s, China theatre industry facing the amount of the audience decreasing, the impact of foreign culture, lots of the opera theatre relies on state funding and other issues. In order to cultivate drama prosperous career, creative talents, enhance the drama artistic level, expand the domestic theatre market, the emergence of a number of theatre festival. The Wuzhen Theatre Festival and the Nanluoguxiang Arts Theatre Festival as the representative, especially the Wuzhen Theatre Festival in China has great appeal and popularity. The drama festival led the domestic attention to the theatre industry, cultivating a number of new drama audience.
