本科论文AbstractThe rapid development of supply chain e-commerce has prompted many enterprises to join the ranks, Baishi company is also one of them. Supply chain warehouse is one of the most important links in supply chain e-commerce and plays an important role in the cost and efficiency of the whole supply chain. For supply chain warehouse, service quality, operation efficiency and logistics cost can directly reflect the value of warehouse. And a good warehouse layout can directly increase the utilization of space, reduce the cost of goods storage and handling, shorten the handling time, so that customers receive more quality goods faster and more timely. Therefore, supply chain warehouse layout is very necessary. This paper introduces the basic theory and principle of warehouse layout, the basic method of facility layout (SLP method and AHP method). After the requirement analysis of the warehouse, the logistics analysis and non-logistics analysis of each functional area are carried out, and on this basis, the correlation relationship between them is determined, and the relevant location map is drawn. two different schemes were determined according to the mutual relation diagram.
