本科论文摘 要我国经济在物流行业的快速发展的趋势下，快速的崛起。这对我国内的中国制造企业的发展将是一个很大的冲击。车间设施的布置对信息流，物流，生产能力和效率，安全生产和整个生产系统的成本有很大的影响。因此，要想提高生产系统的效率，就必须依靠设备的优化布局。良好的设备布置是改善生产系统整体功能的必要保证，也是实现先进生产方法和现代化管理的必要条件。首先，针对车间生产中存在的问题，采用生产系统布局规划和相关理论知识对问题进行分析；其次，通过车间分析的问题，计算出物流关系和非物流关系，以获得全面的物流关系，并绘制出工作单位的关联图；最后，使用 AHP 评估和选择设施的相关布置方案。结果表明，改进后的方案比原方案更为合理，改进后的方案节省了物料搬运的路线，节约了物流的成本。关键词：设施布局；SLP 评价；层次分析法；yaahp本科论文本科论文AbstractWith the rapid development of logistics industry, China's economy is rising rapidly.
