本科论文AbstractWith the continuous development of economy and science and technology, logistics industry has gradually become a new industry and developed rapidly. Internationally, logistics industry has become one of the important indicators to evaluate the modernization level and comprehensive national strength of a country.The logistics process is composed of many links, among which the warehousing process is the most important and indispensable part in the logistics process. However, in China, there are still some deficiencies in the logistics enterprises, such as in the outbound link, because of the imperfection of some work processes, which affects the work efficiency of enterprises and increases many unnecessary costs. We use simulation software to simulate the warehouse out process of logistics enterprises, analyze the result data to find some existing problems, and make targeted corrections, so as to achieve the optimization purpose of saving costs and increasing work efficiency.In this design, the warehouse center of Master Kang (Shenyang) beverage Co., Ltd. is selected as the research object. Through field visit and investigation, the layout of the plant area and the outbound process are understood, and the relevant data required in the outbound link are collected. Based on the above data, the simulation research is carried out through the simulation software Flexsim. After the completion of the modeling, the simulation model is run to get the running results, and then the running results are analyzed to find the bottleneck that affects the efficiency, and some problems in the delivery process can be found.
