本科论文AbstractWith the development of modern economy, the functions of the warehouse, such as goods storage, circulation processing, material turnover and reverse logistics, directly affect the income and operation scale of the enterprise. Warehouse is an important hub connecting suppliers, customers and third-party logistics enterprises, with a very high status. However, as the source of scientific management of warehouse layout, scientific and reasonable layout is of great help to improve the efficiency of warehouse operation, so it is necessary to optimize the warehouse layout in order to meet the industry competition and development.As a logistics provider specializing in transportation and storage services, the business of Shenyang Jinyun Automobile Logistics Co., Ltd has been expanding continuously, resulting in the unreasonable warehouse layout of a large amount of problems. Two kinds of warehouse operations, forward logistics and reverse logistics, and the phenomenon of circular pickup were found by the the field exploration during the internship. Due to the long distance between the storage area of auto parts and the storage area of empty boxes, the layout is chaotic, which makes the two kinds of operations separate, resulting in the long handling distance of forklifts, low logistics efficiency, high operating cost, and weak continuity of operating process.This design takes Shenyang Jinyun warehouse as the object, using the SLP method, analyzing the forward logistics and reverse logistics involved in the warehouse work, and finally obtains the optimal layout plan.
