本科论文摘 要目前，作为一个触及多个领域的高附加值服务行业——物流业，其伴随基于大数据的信息技术的飞速发展，物流的营运成本和管理成本都发生了巨大的变化。作为我国尚处在发展中阶段的新型第三方服务行业，许多企业都想成为国内的“领头羊”，因此国内竞争异常激烈，其中大多数为大型、中型民营物流企业，小型物流企业在当今物流业的飞速发展下已经无法立足，其能否为我国物流企业的发展做出贡献。分析近年来物流企业的发展情况，找出目前存在的问题，找到解决的方法，有助于提高企业的核心竞争力，才能在当今物流业飞速发展的环境下立足。德邦快递是以物流运输起家，于 2018 年正式更名为德邦快递，其拥有近 3000 多家直营网点，其网点遍布全国，并且与知名物流企业共同建设了配送网络。目前其业务流程存在一些问题。本设计基于 Flexsim 物流仿真技术，以德邦快递业务流程为研究对象，首先通过实地调研，并以调查得到的数据作为基础，对其业务流程进行仿真建模。本设计通过对快递公司的业务流程仿真建模，结合实际找出其自身存在的问题，并根据企业现阶段发展情况提出相应的优化方案。关键词：业务流程；仿真；优化；Flexsim本科论文AbstractAt At present, as a high value-added service industry that touches many fields -- logistics industry, with the rapid development of information technology based on big data, the operation cost and management cost of logistics have undergone great changes.
