本科论文摘 要物流网点是特定区域的枢纽，所有与运输，物流和分配有关的活动都是由各种运营商在商业基础上进行的。 物流网点的选址被认为是物流文献中最具战略意义的决策之一。 物流网点选址问题有两个显着方面：首先，解决方案的质量对物流合理化的社会效益以及整个系统的商品流通都产生了影响。其次，由于对物流网点的投资成本高昂，因此解决方案可能无法带来预期的效果，浪费资源，因此企业可能会蒙受损失。本设计以提高物流效率、保证服务质量、降低物流配送成本为目标，以 KJ物流公司为研究背景，通过收集国内外的物流网点选址的相关理论，从而对沈阳市物流网点选址存在问题展开分析。首先通过公司内部的调查得到客户所在各小区的包裹需求量。其次，根据客户所在小区的具体位置建立重心法选址模型，将运输成本最小的作为初选网点，结合实际得到三个备选网点。然后根据专家意见确定一级指标与二级指标建立层次分析法模型，并利用 yaahp 软件计算各个指标的权重。最后通过模糊综合评价法确定最合适的选址地点。 通过本设计的方法得到最佳的网点选址位置，能够满足网点选址的实际要求。从而降低 KJ 物流公司的配送成本、提高公司配送的效率、为客户提供更加优质的服务。关键字：物流网点；选址；层次分析；综合评价本科论文AbstractA logistics outlets is the hub of a specific area where all the activities relating to transport, logistics and distribution are performed on a commercial basis by various operators .Site selection for logistics network is considered as one of the most strategic decisions in the logistics literature .
