本科论文摘 要随着时代的不断发展，对于企业整合利用现有物流的资源、实现物流企业的聚集，而且对于企业提高服务质量与服务水平、促进物流发展的技术配备、推动第三方的物流企业的成长以及改变物流投资环境等等，物流园区都起着至关重要的作用。如今，对于规划建设物流园区这一问题已然成为了我国重点关注的热点问题。在规划建设物流园区中，物流园区的功能区的分区布局设计，以及根据布局设计利用计算机仿真软件对其进行优化是两大重点。本次设计在研究普洛斯物流园区与普洛斯物流园的实际现状的基础上，综合物流园区功能区的布局特点，研究了普洛斯物流园区的功能区布局以及仿真建模，提出了物流园区设计与规划的框架。本设计通过对课题研究的背景、研究的意义以及研究现状和研究主要思路，掌握物流园区功能区布局设计的思路和方法。再通过分析普洛斯物流园的出库以及入库流程，找出普洛斯物流园出入库流程的问题所在，以此来确定仿真思路。针对普洛斯物流园存在的问题，运用 SLP 方法对物流中心布局进行重新设计，最后就出入库流程中的具体要求评选出最优方案。运用 FlexSim 仿真软件对普洛斯物流园区进行建模仿真，找出建模中的“瓶颈”问题，进行分析研究，优化并改进，从而获得一个合理性、科学性的布局设计与仿真建模模型，为普洛斯物流园区的布局改造提供一个建设性的意见。关键词：物流园区；SLP；FlexSim；布局优化本科论文AbstractWith the continuous development of the times, for enterprises to integrate the use of existing logistics resources to achieve the aggregation of logistics enterprises, and for enterprises to improve service quality and service levels, promote the development of logistics technology, promote the growth and change of third-party logistics enterprises Logistics investment environment, etc., logistics parks play a vital role.
