A 医药有限公司配送路径优化研究【摘要】物流一直以来与各行各业密切相关，在医药物流中，药品配送是关键环节，药品配送过程中的路径优化选择是节约成本的核心，因此配送路径优化受到医药企业的热切关注。在此意义上，本文首先介绍了车辆路径问题的相关理论，并以 A 医药有限公司为研究对象，收集和整理 A 公司配送路径过程的相关资料和数据，分析 A 公司配送路径选择中的不足，构建基于节约里程法的路径优化模型，运用节约里程法对 A 公司的一次配送路径进行优化。相比实际配送路径选择，优化后的配送路径方案大大缩短了配送路程，有利于企业提高配送效率，节约配送成本，同时证明了节约里程法在优化企业配送路径选择中的实用性。最后就车辆路径选择问题为 A 公司提出了相关建议，使 A 公司之后的配送路径选择更具科学性。【关键词】路径优化；车辆路径问题；节约里程法The research of A medicine company limited Delivery Route Optimization[Abstract]Logistic involve different walks of life, and medicinal delivery is the key link in medicine logistic. The route optimization in medicinal delivery is also the core of cost reduction, so many enterprises has paid close attention to route optimization. Based on the significance, first, there is an introduction to vehicle routing problem. Second, these paper takes A medicine company limited as the research object, collecting and analyzing the data and materials of relevant delivery route of A company. Third we analyze the shortage of the delivery route of A company, designing route optimization model which based on Save Mileage Method, optimizing delivery route of A medicine company limited with Save Mileage Method. Compared to traditional delivery route, the optimizing delivery route can shorten the delivery distance effectively and be beneficial to the advance of delivery efficiency and the reduction of delivery cost.
