废旧手机逆向物流模式研究——以华为技术有限公司为例【摘要】近年来，电子信息技术飞速发展，消费的手机数量和更换频率急剧增加，与此同时，大量的废旧手机闲置，造成巨大的资源浪费和环境安全隐患，相关回收利用问题也已成为世界各国的热点问题之一。基于以上背景，本文主要通过使用文献研究法和案例研究法这两种方法，对我国废旧手机的现状及其回收现状进行总结研究，充分利用废旧手机的使用价值减少废旧手机对环境的潜在危害。本文介绍了我国现有的废旧手机回收模式，并以华为技术有限公司与“爱回收”的合作作为案例，具体研究其回收模式，分析该模式存在的问题和缺陷，为华为技术有限公司在废旧手机回收模式方面提出改进建议，进而更好的促进我国废旧手机的逆向物流发展。【关键词】废旧手机；逆向物流；回收模式Study on Reverse Logistics Mode of Waste Mobile Phone -- Taking Huawei Technologines Co., Ltd. as an Case[Abstract] In recent years, with the rapid development of electronic information technology, the number of mobile phones consumed and the frequency of replacement have increased dramatically.
