合铝灯饰有限公司生产物流系统改善研究摘要 本文以合铝灯饰有限公司的生产物流系统为研究对象，通过查阅相关资料文献，在企业生产物流相关的理论指导下，利用国内外专家学者的研究成果作为参考，运用文献分析法和案例分析法，重点针对案例公司物料搬运距离过长、物流监管力度低等问题进行研究。结合“5W1H”分析法和 SLP 法，对各作业单元进行物流分析和非物流分析，拟定出两套物料搬运路线优化方案，然后运用层次分析法选出最优方案，优化车间布局，能大大缩短搬运距离。通过实地调研和询问员工相关情况，发现案例公司在生产物流管理方面仍存在着其它的不足，如仓库货品摆放杂乱、责任分工不明确、物流知识水平低等，最后提出改进仓储模式、合理运用人力资源、开展物流培训等建议来改善该公司生产物流系统，在一定程度上能规避生产物流管理上的弊端，使生产现场更流畅和有序。关键词 生产物流系统、SLP 法、物料搬运、生产物流管理、层次分析法Research on Improvement of Production Logistics System of HeLv Lighting Co., Ltd.Abstract In this paper, the research object is the production logistics system of Aluminum Lighting Co. , Ltd. . By consulting the relevant literature, under the guidance of the theory of production logistics, the research results of domestic and foreign experts and scholars are used as reference, by using the method of literature analysis and case analysis, this paper focuses on the problems of the case company, such as the long distance of material handling, the low supervision of logistics, etc. .
