Research on the optimization of express delivery process based on ECRS----Take Shunfeng express as an example 【Abstract】With the development of economy and technology, the way of express delivery has changed greatly.Now, if you want to deliver express mail, you only need to input information on the Internet to wait for the courier to pick it up. Customers don't need to run to the business outlets to deliver express mail, which is not only time-saving but also convenient for customers.As a leading enterprise in the private express industry, Shunfeng has done a very good job in door-to-door pick-up. Within one hour after the express order is placed, the courier will pick up the goods from the customer.However, there are some problems in the payment of freight and the way of contacting express delivery personnel.
