基 于 SLP的 仓 库 布 局 优 化 设 计 — 以 中 荣 印刷 集 团 股 份 有 限 公 司 （ 中 山 基 地 ） 仓 库为 例【摘要】随着新零售时代的到来，网络贸易的兴起，直接拉动了物流的发展和增长。而仓库更是跟随着物流的发展产生了巨大的变化。为了适应市场需求的变化，企业需要对仓库布局进行优化及改善，减少货物运输距离以及物流成本。本文以仓库布局以及系统布置设计（SLP ）的相关理论知识作为研究基础，以中荣印刷集团股份有限公司（中山基地）仓库作为研究对象，以系统布置设计（SLP ）作为研究方法，结合实际情况对研究方法进行一定的改进。通过对案例公司的现状充分研究与分析，提出基于SLP 法的仓库布局优化方案。最后将优化后的设计布局，从面积以及物流强度的角度与初始布局进行分析，结论得出改进后的布局与原布局相比降低了50% 的物流强度。因此，将优化方案应用到案例公司中，使案例公司的布局更加合理。【关键词】仓库布局；布局优化；SLP 法Warehouse layout optimization research based on SLP method—— Warehouse of ZRP company in Zhongshan as an Example[Abstract] With the coming of the new retail Era and the rise of network trade, the development and growth of logistics have been directly promoted. The warehouse has changed greatly with the development of logistics. For adapting to the change of market demand, enterprises who want to reduce the distance of goods transportation and logistics cost, need to optimize and improve the warehouse layout.
