校园快递众包取寄件模式研究——以广东药科大学中山校区为例【摘要】本文主要通过问卷调查、数据分析等方法来对校园快递众包取寄件模式进行研究,以广东药科大学中山校区为例,对该校园内的众包快递现状进行调查发现,目前校园内的众包快递属于粗放型,没有统一且权威的机构管理,没有专门的平台来运营。然而,该情况下校园学生对众包快递的需求仍然是存在的且占了校园快递服务市场近三成的份额,同时,其学生顾客表示该方式满足了校园传统快递服务方式无法实现真正的“门到门”服务,即送货到宿舍,也能满足顾客的个性化时间需求等。经本次研究分析可知,校园众包快递模式是有发展空间和可能性的,也是未来的校园生活里重要的生活方式之一,值得在校学生群体学校管理部门和校园第三方快递服务公司注意。【关键词】众包快递;校园“最后一公里”配送;物流服务评价指标体系;因子分析法Study on Crowdsourcing Mode of Campus Express Deliver Service Analysis of Guangdong Pharmaceutical University Zhongshan Campus[Abstract] In this paper, through questionnaire survey, data analysis and other methods to study on crowdsourcing mode of campus express delivery service, takes Zhongshan campus of Guangdong Pharmaceutical University as an example to investigate the current situation of campus crowdsourcing express delivery. It is found that the crowdsourcing express delivery service is extensive management, there is no unified and authoritative organization management, no special platform to operate. However, in this case, the demand of campus students for crowd sourced express delivery still exists, and accounts for nearly 30% of the campus express service market.
