I连锁便利店配送模式研究内 容 摘 要为了有效地提高连锁便利店企业的效率成本,依据了连锁便利店配送模式的理论,从自营配送、共同配送、第三方配送的概述、演变、特征分析不同的模式给连锁便利店带来的优势与劣势;然后通过文献查阅和旅行售货员的理论,提出连锁便利店物流配送的路线假设,再构建出数学模型,并使用 WinQSB 软件的子程序 Network Modeling,通过最近城市法、逐步包围法、两两交换改进法、分支定界法四种方法计算出每一条路线的时间,然后比较每一条路线的耗时长短,得出一条最优的方案来验证假设。结果表明,从构建出来的数学模型中计算得出,最优的路线是分支定界法计算出的 132 分钟,而原配送人员的配送时间是 147 分钟;两者比较,运用数学模型计算出的路线从时间成本上是节省了 15 分钟,同时减少了配送过程所需其他成本,这对于我国的连锁便利店提高效率成本上是有一定的借鉴意义的。关键词:便利店;配送模式;旅行售货员问题IIResearch On The Distribution Mode Of Chain Convenience StoresAbstractIn order to effectively improve the efficiency and cost of chain convenience store companies, based on the theory of the chain convenience store distribution model, from the overview, evolution, and characteristics of self-operated distribution, joint distribution, and third-party distribution, the different modes brought to the chain convenience store Advantages and disadvantages;Then, based on the literature review and the theory of travelling salespersons, the chain hypothesis of route distribution for convenience stores was proposed, and then a mathematical model was constructed, and the WinQSB software subroutine Network Modeling was used.
