I北京理工大学珠海学院 2020 届本科生毕业论文深圳机场航空物流园发展研究摘 要目前，随着经济的快速发展以及跨境电商的兴起，都为航空物流园区发展现代物流业带来了巨大的机遇和挑战，发展进入到一个新的阶段。在经济快速增长下，各类企业对于航空运输的市场需求也急速增加，因此航空物流园区的规划建设也成为了发展现代物流业的重要部分。深圳机场航空物流园区是我国最早规划建设的航空物流园区 ,货邮吞吐量一直保持着稳定增长，对机场基础设施建设也提出了更高的要求。本文通过收集整理文献资料并了解深圳航空物流园的发展历程，从货运发展、货运设施建设、信息平台建设三个方面分析园区的发展现状，对比国内外相对建设历史较久，较有经验的航空物流园区，深入探析航空物流园区发展过程中存在的问题。总结国内外航空物流园的发展经验，以及结合深圳机场物流园区实地调查研究情况，通过运用 SWOT 竞争战略分析研究方法，对深圳航空机场物流园发展的优劣势、机遇以及威胁进行全面的分析，并从市场、规模、人才、技术等四个方面对深圳机场物流园的影响因素分析，帮助整理深圳机场航空物流园区规划建设发展思路，提出切实可行的方法。关键词：航空物流园；深圳机场；SWOT 分析II北京理工大学珠海学院 2020 届本科生毕业论文Research on the Development of Shenzhen Airport Aviation Logistics ParkAbstractAt present, with the rapid economic development and the rise of cross-border e-commerce, they have brought huge opportunities and challenges to the development of modern logistics industry in aviation logistics parks, and the development has entered a new stage.
