生产调度中干扰管理模型研究与实践生产调度中干扰管理模型研究与实践摘 要在企业的生产过程,会遇到各种各样的干扰事件,导致初始调度方案(Production Scheduling)不再最优甚至不再可行,如何能够快速调整调度方案,降低干扰事件对生产系统产生的影响是我们现在企业生产调度研究的一个重点。干扰管理是一类新型研究方案,主要就是研究干扰事件对于各行业所产生的影响并通过一系列研究手法产生新方案并运用到实际过程中,本文将干扰管理的思想引入生产制造系统中,减少与消除干扰事件对生产系统所产生的影响。流水车间问题是一类典型的生产调度简化模型,加入干扰因素使得该模型具有了一定的研究价值,通过对干扰事件进行扰动度量,干扰问题以新工件到达为背景构建流水车间干扰管理模型,并引入客户这一行为主体来度量新调度方案客户的满意度。针对干扰管理模型求解的特点,利用以求解速度快,效率高为特点的微粒群算法对该干扰管理模型进行求解,通过算例实验得出新调度方案,利用以前景理论与模糊理论构建的客户不满意隶属度函数对新调度方案进行评估。关键词:干扰管理;流水车间;微粒群算法;前景理论;模糊理论AbstractIn the production process of enterprises, there will be a variety of interference events, resulting in the original scheduling scheme is no longer optimal or feasible.
