1基于培训有效性下员工培训的问题与对策-以广东南油外服为例【摘要】员工培训是人力资源管理工作中最重要的内容之一,是组织是否充分利用和发挥好人力资源的重要体现。近年来,企业对员工培训的重视程度日趋上升,为培训提供大量人力物力,但是投入和回报却不一定形成正比。这跟培训的流程息息相关,培训流程是否合理是培训能否取得良好效果的关键。因此,发现企业在培训中存在的问题并提出对策至关重要。本文以广东南油对外服务有限公司为研究对象,利用培训相关理论知识,再结合研究公司的真实情况,发现问题并给出相应的建议。本文通过访谈和调查问卷的方式收集第一手数据,以了解广东南油对外服务有限公司员工培训的现状,最后结合实际情况运用系统分析法重点为培训效果评估提出合理的建议。 【关键词】员工培训;培训流程;培训效果评估2Problems and Countermeasures of Staff Training Based on Training Effectiveness-Taking Guangdong Nanyou Foreign Service as an Example[Abstract] Employee training is one of the most important contents in human resource management, and it is an important manifestation of whether the organization fully utilizes and exerts human resources.
