下载后可任意编辑与时俱进联系实际与时俱进联系实际 【摘 要】随着我国经济进展到新的阶段，产业结构升级的压力逐渐加大。未来一段时间，我们国家的制造业要从原有的低附加值的劳动密集型的生产方式升级到高附加值的高技术层次的高端制造业，这就需要大量的高端技术人才。现阶段，大量在生产一线的农民工因为一些特别原因，并未接受过系统的专业的职业培训，无法满足企业日益提升的用人需求。因此，结合现阶段维修电工职业技能培训、鉴定工作的现实情况，对维修电工培训项目开展的现状和意义进行分析，并针对高职院校在维修电工培训项目中存在的问题， 并提出相应的对策。 【关键词】维修电工；培训；职业鉴定；企业用人需求 【Abstract】Along with our country economic development to a new stage ， the industrial structure upgrading pressure gradually increase. Future period of time， the manufacturing industry of our country from the original production of low value-added labor-intensive way to upgrade to the high added value and high level of advanced manufacturing technology， which requires a large number of high-end technical personnel. At present， a large number of migrant workers in the production line for some special reason， not received professional vocational training system ， can meet the demand of choose and employ persons enterprise growing.
