Parties: SELLER- SAUDI ARABIAN OIL COMPANY, A COMPANY WITH LIMITED LIABILITY ORGANIZED UNDER THE LAWS OF THE KINGDOM OF SAUDI ARABIA BUYER- A COMPANY INCORPORATED UNDER THE LAWS OF 2.
