As the consistent recognition and acknowledgement of all of us, GWDC, being an IADC important member, always pay extreme emphasis to its HSE performance and HSE training to its Chinese and overseas staff.随着长城公司钻井分公司海外市场和业务的迅速进展，越来越多的新员工在加入长城公司时，对从事国际钻井作业相关的 HSE 知识了解甚少，甚至从未接触。随着长城公司的声誉不断扩大，并且作为国际钻井承包商协会的重要成员，长城公司对公司旗下中国员工和海外员工 HSE 实践和 HSE 培训格外重视。On the basis of being brief, easily-understandable, effective and capable of self-teaching, this manual aims at these new employees with the purpose of helping them to grasp HSE fundamental idea and being equipped with HSE common practices in order to meet HSE requirement from GWDC clients. It is a supplement to GWDC HSE Procedure Manual and Operation Manual.
