关于外国投资者并购境内企业的规定(2009年版)(中英文对照版)

关 于 修 改 《关 于 外国投资者并购境内企业的规定》的决定 商务部令 2009年第 6 号 为 保 证 《 关 于 外国 投 资 者 并 购 境 内 企业 的 规 定 》 与 《 反 垄断 法 》 和 《 国 务 院 关于 经 营 者 集 中 申 报 标准 的 规 定 》 相 一 致 ，对 《 关 于 外 国 投 资 者并 购 境 内 企 业 的 规定 》 作 如 下 修 改 ： 一 、 删 除 第 五 章“反 垄 断 审查”， 在“附则”中 新增一 条作 为 第 五 十一 条， 表述为 ： “依据《 反 垄 Provisions on Merger and Acquisition of Domestic Enterprises by Foreign Investors Ministry of Commerce Order No. (2009) 6 22 June 2009 For the purpose of ensuring the consistency between the Provisions on Merger and Acquisition of Domestic Enterprises by Foreign Investors and the Anti-monopoly Law and the Provisions of State Council on Declaration Threshold for Concentration of Business Operators, the Provisions on Merger and Acquisition of Domestic Enterprises by Foreign Investors is amended as follows: 1.
