摘 要本次设计为节水器浮子模具,所生产的制品为小型塑件。本次设计是在充分了解了国内外注塑模具讨论现状和进展方向的基础上进行的。该制品可分为四个部分, 因此设计采纳了侧抽芯机构,为简化模具结构, 使用使用大滑块做成型腔。该制品为对称结构,故设计过程中,把分型面定在制品的对称中心线上。脱模时,采纳顺序分型机构使制品留在动模顶出。本设计采纳了 C1 型模架, 有利于浇道凝料的脱出, 自动化程度较高。这充分顺应了模具自动化的潮流。本设计结构合理, 设计新颖, 对于同类模具有一定参考价值。关键词 注射模具/侧抽/PVC下载后可任意编辑WATER-SAVING DEVICES FLOAT MOLD DESIGNABSTRACTThe water-saving device designed for float molds, the production of products for the shape.
