However, the Chain shops grows so rapidly that the fake Chain operation appears. They don’t have the most fundamental condition to Chain –have no unified stock, distribution and price. There are many kinds of problems in the construction and operation of distribution centers. This essay aims at introducing the present situation of distribution center in Chain and presenting the developing layout in Beijing. It can offer the instruction to enterprise of Hongkong which will invest to upcountry.Key Words: Chain Distribution Distribution Center一、 北京市连锁业配送中心的现状截止到 1999 年底, 北京市连锁经营企业年商品零售额已达131 亿元, 比上年增长 36.4%, 占全市社会商品零售总额的 9.9%, 其中仅去年一年新增连锁网点 137 个, 新增营业面积 23 万平方米。全市超市、 便利店、 仓储式商场等新型业态的店铺总数已达3000 家。22024 年 4 月 19 日下载后可任意编辑可是, 与国内同行业相比, 同是 90 年代初开始进展连锁经营, 上海连锁超市公司平均店铺数为 130 个, 其中联华、 华联都达到了 500 个以上, 连锁便利店公司达到 100 个店铺以上的已有 3家, 而北京连锁企业店铺最多的不过 30 个, 连锁便利店最多的在40 个左右; 在销售规模上, 联华、 华联、 农工商的年销售额分别为 72 亿元、 42 亿元、 32 亿元, 北京最高的也就在 12 亿元左右。...
