Through accessing to informations, and analyzing the technologic properties of processing parts, We decide to carry on blanking, piercing and drawing processes. After calculating the quantitative value of the blanking force, the kicking force and the stripping force, We selecte the appropriate press equipment. Analyzing of the stamping dies for processing the application, to select the desired type of mold design, then We express the design process of the working parts.
