下载后可任意编辑大学生方程式赛车变速箱及传动系统设计12024 年 4 月 19 日下载后可任意编辑 大学生方程式赛车变速箱及传动系统设计 摘 要 变速器是汽车传动系中最主要的部件之一。其设计任务是设计一台用于 FSAE 赛车上的手动变速器。设计中选用本田 CBR600-F4i 作为方程式赛车的发动机。根据发动机型号,能够得出发动机的最大转矩、最大功率、最高转速等参数。设计的赛车无主减速器,采纳链传动,且传动比已知。根据以上参数,结合汽车设计、汽车理论、机械设计、汽车底盘设计等相关知识计算变速器的参数,并验证变速器的合理性。设计中利用了 CAD、UG 等软件制作了变速器主要总成的模型,并绘制了变速器装配总图及主要零件的二维图。经过设计,我学习和巩固了专业课知识而且了解了不少相关专业的知识,也提高了个人能力,更重要的是锻炼了与人协作的ii2024 年 4 月 19 日下载后可任意编辑精神。关键词: 汽车工程;变速器;设计;手动The Design of Formula SAE Car Gearbox and Transmission SystemAbstract Gearbox is the one main component of the vehicle iii2024 年 4 月 19 日下载后可任意编辑transmission.The duty of this design is to design a manual transmission used in the FSAE Racing car. Based on the above parameters, combining automotive design, automotive theory, mechanical design, automotive chassis design and other related knowledge ,calculate transmission parameters and verify the reasonableness of the transmission.
