体育学院毕业论文1 田径运动中常见损伤的原因及处理摘 要:随着体育事业的不断发展和提高,人们越来越注重体育运动和如何保护自己在运动中不受伤害。体育运动是强身健体的根本、是一种愉快的活动。虽然体育锻炼可以增强体质,但若不遵守科学的锻炼方法就容易发生运动损伤,尤其是在田径运动中。目前,在田径运动的训练和比赛中,损伤发病率呈现增高的发展趋势。这是因为动作的难度越来越高,训练的时间越来越长, 机体承受的运动负荷越来越大, 最终导致受伤。根据田径训练中的运动损伤,总结运动损伤的原因,以便采取必要的预防措施,让运动中的损伤减小到最少。关键词: 体育锻炼;运动损伤;预防;处理The Reason and Treatment of Common Injuries in track and field athleticsAbstract:Along with sports enterprise’ s unceasing development and enhancement, people emphasize athletic sports and how to protect oneself not injuring in sports more and more. The sports is the basis of keeping health and one kind of happing sport. Although the physical training may strengthen the constitution, it is easy to have the sport injury in school track and field athletics particularly if do not observe the exercise method scientifically. At present, the incidence rate of injury present increasing trend in training and match on account of the higher difficulty of action, the longer time and the great sport burden. according to the sport injury of extracurricular exercises in track and field athletics, the reasons on sports injury has been summarized, the necessary preventive measures has been taken, the sports injury has been reduced least.
