幼儿园班级微信群的运行现状研究摘要 随着互联网的不断发展，信息化教学的不断渗透，幼儿园愈发重视班级微信群的使用，班级微信群不仅对能够促进教师和家长之间互动交流，满足幼儿发展的各方面需求,同时能够幼儿园的发展有很大帮助。本研究以昆山幼儿园为例，通过问卷、访谈等方式，进行整理、分析和总结，发现在幼儿园班级微信群的运行现状中存在以下四个方面的问题：信息交流易产生歧义，家长互动意识不强，双方交流不深入和双方关注不同。为了提高班级微信群的效能，研究者给教师提出建议：制定微信群规定，激发家长参与热情和磨合交流方式；家长应该给予对教师工作的理解理解和更新育儿理念；同时幼儿园也承担起责任：组织双方学习沟通技巧并争取家长的支持与信任。关键词 幼儿园 微信群 教师 家长Study on the Operation Status of WeChat Group in Kindergarten Professional class: 16 Preschool Education Class Student Name: Xie Qingyi Instructor: Gao Xin Title: ProfessorAbstract With the continuous development of the Internet and the continuous implementation of information-based teaching, kindergartens are attaching more and more importance to the use of class WeChat group.
