幼儿园大班科学教育活动中教师干预行为研究——以宿迁市 J 幼儿园为例摘要 科学教育活动对于幼儿而言非常重要,但现今幼儿园内的科学教育活动并没有受到应有的重视。本文旨在研究幼儿园科学教育活动中教师干预行为的具体问题,许多教师在科学教育中不懂“干预”,不会“干预”。教师自身科学素养不足,干预方式不恰当,幼儿园缺乏相关人才等,都是导致幼儿教师难以对幼儿的科学教育活动进行正确指导的原因。笔者使用观察法,访谈法,案例分析法和文献法对科学活动中教师的干预行为进行研究,为教师和幼儿园提出:加强自身科学素养,学会用恰当的方式适时干预,集体活动充分准备,科学区角投入更多精力,幼儿园聘请相关人才,增加经费投入等教育建议。关键词 幼儿科学教育 幼儿教师 干预行为Research on Teacher Intervention Behavior of Science Education Activities in Kindergarten top class——Example of J kindergarten in Suqian Abstract Education in the sciences is extremely crucial for young children. However ,modern preschool do not place enough importance on scientific subjects. This paper aims to investigate the issues surrounding “intervention behavior” by preschool teachers; many teachers do not understand “intervention behavior” and do not know how to “intervene.” Teachers not having enough knowledge of the sciences or using incorrect methods of intervention, and preschools lacking personnel skilled in the sciences are reasons why it is difficult for preschool teachers to teach scientific subjects correctly. Base on observation, interviews, case studies, and literature analysis, this study investigates intervention methods of preschool teachers and offer pedagogical improvements: for teachers to improver their science education ability, learn to use appropriate methods and timing of intervention, fully prepare for group activities, put more efforts into the sciences, hire personnel skilled in the sciences, and increase related budgets.Key word...
