I摘 要幼儿园家长会作为家园合作的主要形式之一，幼儿教师与家长双方沟通交流达成教育共识，使得幼儿园家长会沟通的有效性得以实现。本研究以现场观察法问卷调查法和访谈法来研究宁德市东侨区公立幼儿园家长会沟通的现状，包括幼儿园家长会沟通的认知情况、幼儿园家长会前的准备情况、幼儿园家长会的实行情况、幼儿园家长会的开展情况。在现状的基础上分析存在的问题及产生的原因最终提出对促进幼儿园家长会沟通有效性的建议，包括教师、家长、幼儿园三个方面。关键词：幼儿园家长会；沟通；沟通的有效性IIAbstractAs one of the main forms of homestead cooperation, kindergarten parents' association communicates with parents to reach an educational consensus, so that the effectiveness of kindergarten parents' association communication can be realized.
