幼儿园物质环境创设中幼儿参与的现状研究摘要《幼儿园教育指导纲要(试行)》明确指出:“环境是重要的教育资源,应通过环境的创设和利用,有效地促进幼儿的发展”。物质环境不仅能够提高幼儿自身的各种能力,而且对幼儿有一定的教育价值。幼儿是受教育的主体,他们享有参与权。而在物质环境创设过程中教师占主导地位,幼儿的参与度却不高。本研究选取某所幼儿园的教师、园长和一小部分家长对他们进行了调查,关于幼儿参与度存在的问题:一是教师的认识和实践存在矛盾。二是幼儿参与物质环境创设的方式单一。三是幼儿参与内容多被动。从中分析影响幼儿参与的因素有:一是家长和教师传统教育观念的影响。二是幼儿动手能力的个别差异。三是环境创设管理制度的影响。四是教师自身环境创设能力的影响。基于以上问题及相关影响因素,研究者提出了以下建议:从教师角度来说,一是坚持幼儿为本,深化参与理念。二是鼓励幼儿参与主题内容的讨论。三是培养幼儿主动参与的意识。从园方角度来说,一是加大教师对环境创设的培训力度。二是调整幼儿园环境创设的管理制度。从家长角度来说,一是重视环境的价值。二是多与幼儿配合,提高幼儿的动手能力。关键词 幼儿园 物质环境创设 幼儿参与The present situation analysis of children's participation in the creation of material environment in kindergartenAbstractThe Kndergarten syllabus (pilot phase) clearly states that "the environment is an important educational resource, which must be effectively promoted through the creation and use of the environment."The material environment can not only improve children's abilities, but also have certain educational value.
