《指南》背景下提升幼儿园教师观察幼儿能力的实践研究摘要: 对幼儿的观察是教师必备的专业能力之一,不过在观察幼儿时候,经常有教师对因为什么观察、该怎样观察、用什么办法观察以及要观察什么并不够清晰。笔者此篇论文是以《3—6 岁儿童学习与发展指南》为指导下的研究,因为《指南》中很详细的对儿童的学习与发展进行了基础的描述。本研究将通过幼儿园教师观察幼儿能力的实践过程来分析教师运用《指南》观察幼儿的现状,拟通过此论文可以为促进幼儿园教师的专业成长提供借鉴及依据。关键词:观察幼儿;《3-6 岁儿童学习与发展指南》;实践Abstract:Observation of children is one of the professional competence of teachers must, however, observe children at the time, often because of what teachers observe, how to observe, observe what way and what to observe and not clear enough. I Cipian paper on a "children aged 3-6 learning and development guide" as under the guidance of research because "Guide" in great detail to learning and development of children has been the basis of the description.
