摘 要为了提高金相抛光机的抛光速度和质量,在研究分析传统抛光机基础上,通过对抛光机机械部分的设计及控制部分的构思,使抛光机能够实现多次调节抛光压力,实现抛光盘旋转速度不同模式切换等功能。本文通过对金相试样抛光机机械部分的动力头、加减压机构、齿轮箱及夹具的设计,达到了抛光过程平稳、抛光均匀、抛光质量高的优点。同时通过PID模糊控制系统实现自动调压,调速及加工时间控制的目的。关键词:新型;金相试样;抛光机;机械抛光AbstractIn order to improve the polishing speed and quality of metallographic polishing machine, on the basis of studying and analyzing the traditional polishing machine, through the design of the mechanical part and the conception of the control part of the polishing machine, the polishing pressure can be adjusted many times. The function of different mode switching of rotating speed of throwing disc is realized.In this paper, the power head, decompression mechanism, gearbox and fixture of the mechanical part of the metallographic sample polishing machine are designed to achieve the advantages of stable polishing process, uniform polishing and high polishing quality.
