兰州理工大学生命科学与工程学院毕业论文红芪中多糖提取工艺的研究专业:姓名:学号:指导老师:职称:摘要红芪作为传统的补益类中药,含有多糖、葡萄糖醒酸、粘液质、多种氨基酸、苦味素、胆碱、甜莱碱、叶酸、熊竹素等多种成分,并具有强心利尿、降压及增强人体免疫机能的作用。本试验分别采用水提法、微波提取法、超声波提取法和微波- 超声波提取法对红芪中的多糖进行提取,比较这四种提取法在操作工程中的差异,并对最后的提取结果进行比较,选出多糖提取率最高的方法。通过实验发现,采用微波- 超声波提取法的多糖提取率最高,得率为7.051%。在对其进行进一步的工艺研究之后,确定超声温度、超声时间和液料比为影响试验最终结果的三个主要因素,通过对其进行正交试验及方差分析之后,得出在 A2B2C2,即超声温度 50℃、超声时间 40min、液料比为 200:1 的条件下提取工艺最佳,测得多糖的最终提取率为7.026%。试验结果最终证明,采用微波- 超声波提取红芪多糖具有较大的优势:提取时间大大缩短,可避免红芪多糖的分解,所用仪器简单,操作方便。关键词: 红芪;多糖;提取;优化;正交试验兰州理工大学生命科学与工程学院毕业论文Abstract As a traditional Chinese medical herb, Radix Hedysari contains polysaccharide, glucose acid, phlegm, kinds of amino acid, bitter principle, bilineurine, betaine, folic acid, kumatakenin and many other kinds of ingredient. It has the effect of Cardiotonics, Diuretic, Hypotensive, and strengthening the Immune function of human body. In this experiment, the polysaccharide of Radix Hedysari will be extracted by respectively using the methods of aqueous extraction, microwave assisted extraction, ultrasonic extraction and microwave-ultrasonic extraction.
