Focus on analysis and comparison of technical features steel wheels and diamond wheel applications， detailing the build thread profile mathematical model， calculation method and the wheel in the wheel dressing application and technology to solve the problem of precision molding trim threaded grinding wheel . 【Key words 】Precision Thread Grinding；Dresser ；Technical Analysis Application 砂轮修整技术是螺纹磨床关键核心技术之一，对提高磨削加工中的表面粗糙度至关重要。螺纹磨床砂轮修整器按修整方法分为手动砂轮修整器、液压自动砂轮修整器和数控砂轮修整器三种形式，所使用的修整工具有：单点金刚石笔和滚轮两种，滚轮可采用高速钢、硬质合金和金刚石材料制成。各种修整工具将根据不同使用要求安装在相应的砂轮修整器上。 1. 手动砂轮修整器手动修整砂轮原理如图l 所示。螺纹牙型半角由定位块进行调整，修整头可以实现微进给运动。修整尖角形的砂轮时，金刚笔的位置应与修整头旋转中心对齐，修整时金刚笔由尖顶面移向砂轮中心，可以避免砂轮尖顶的剥落。 2. 液压自动砂轮修整嚣（1）如图 2 所示，修整杆的运动是通过液压缸进行驱动，经齿条、齿轮和端面凸轮（或靠模板）来实现修整笔的摆动，来...
