青岛滨海地区城发展与规划实践

1 青岛滨海地区城市发展与规划实践潘丽珍【摘要】本文分析了青岛市城市空间发展与滨海自然形态的关系，对青岛市城市发展百余年来滨海地区的规划设计做了全面综述，并对其运作特点和利弊进行了分析，试图在解剖青岛的同时对于其他滨海城市有所启迪。【关键词】青岛滨海地区规划城市空间形态城市设计奥运帆船赛THE SEASIDE AREA PLANNING PRACTICE IN THE DEVELOPMENT OF QINGDAO CITY Pan Li-zhen (Qingdao urban planning and design research institute,qingdao ,266071) Abstract: The essay analyzes the relationship between urban space development and the seaside landform and physiognomy of qingdao city. Then the overall summarization of the planning practice in the seaside area since the foundation of qingdao city is analyzed. The function characteristics of the planning practice and their advantages and disadvantages are also discussed. Through the thorough analysis ,the author want to draw a conclusion in order to offer the seaside area planning experiences to qingdao and other similar cities. Key words: qingdao city;planning practice in seaside area;urban space form;urban design; olympic regatta 青岛是闻名中外的滨海旅游城市， 其短短百余年的发展历史从专业角度上认识，实际就是城市在滨海地区规划与实践的历史。当前，在经济与社会各项事业得到了较快的发展、 居民生活水平得到了极大的提高以后，在人们开始注重生活环境与质量的背景下，为满足市民的生活追求，同时也为顺应城市功能的提升、空间的拓展以及创造良好的城市形象、张扬城市的美誉度的需要， 许多滨水城市开始按照现代城市功能要求对滨水区域进行规划改造，也有一些城市利用近水的2 优势有意识的将城市发展方向向滨水区域延伸。。。，各式范例枚不胜举。可见滨水对城市功能、 城市形象以及市民生活的影响。总结青岛市城市发展百余年滨海地区规划与实践，或许会对相关城市有所启发。1、城市基本概况1．1、城市性质与地理区位。根据国务院批复的 ?青岛市城市总体规划（ 1995 — 2010 年） ?，青岛市是我国东部沿海重要的经济中心城市和港口城市、国家历史文化名城和风景旅游胜地。城...
