一般货物进口合同英文版货物情况说明英文版contractno:date:thebuyer:theseller:thecontract,madeout,inchineseandenglish,bothversionbeingequallyauthentic,byandbetweenthesellerandthebuyerwherebytheselleragreestosellandthebuyeragreestobuytheundermentionedgoodssubjecttotermsandconditionssetforthhereinafterasfollows:1nameofcommodityandspecification2countryoforiginmanufacturer3unitprice(packingchargesincluded)4quantity5totalvalue6packing(seaworthy)7insurance(tobecoveredbythebuyerunlessotherwise)8timeofshipment9portofloading10portofdestinationmarkshownasbelowinadditiontotheportofdestination,packagenumber,grossandnetweights,measurementsandothermarksasthebuyermayrequirestencilledormarkedconspicuouslywithfastandunfailingpigmentsoneachpackage.inthecaseofdangerousand/orpoisonouscargo(es),thesellerisobligedtotakecaretoensurethatthenatureandthegenerallyadoptedsymbolshallbemarkedconspicuouslyoneachpackage..12termsofpayment:onemonthpriortothetimeofshipmentthebuyershallopenwiththebankof_______anirrevocableletterofcreditinfavourofthesellerpayableattheissuingbankagainstpresentationofdocumentsasstipulatedunderclause18.a.ofsectionii,thetermsofdeliveryofthiscontractafterdepartureofthecarryingvessel.thesaidletterofcreditshallremaininforcetillthe15thdayaftershipment.13otherterms:unlessotherwiseagreedandacceptedbythebuyer,allothermattersrelatedtothiscontractshallbegovernedbysectionii,thetermsofdeliverywhichshallformanintegralpartofthiscontract.anysupplementarytermsandconditionsthatmaybeattachedtothiscontractshallautomaticallyprevailoverthetermsandconditionsofthiscontractifsuchsupplementarytermsandconditionscomeinconflictwithtermsandconditionshereinandshallbebindinguponbothparties.forthesellerforthebuyersection214fob/fasterms14.1theshippingspaceforthecontractedgoodsshallbebookedbythebuyerorthebuyersshippingagent__________.14.2underfobterms,thesellershallundertaketoloadthecontractedgoodsonboardthevesselnominatedbythebuyeronanydatenotifiedbythebuyer,withinthetimeofshipmentasstipulatedinclause8ofthiscontract.14.3underfasterms,thesellershallundertaketodeliverthecontractedgoodsunderthetackleofthevesselnominatedbythebuyeronanydatenotifiedbythebuyer,withinthetimeofshipmentasstipulatedinclause8ofthiscontract.14.410-15dayspriortothedateofshipment,thebuyershallinformthesellerbycableortelexofthecontractnumber,nameofvessel,etaofvessel,quantitytobeloadedandthenameofshippingagent,soastoenablethesellertocontacttheshippingagentdirectandarrangetheshipmentofthegoods.thesellershalladvisebycableortelexintimethebuyeroftheresultthereof.should,forcertainreasons,itbecomenecessaryforthebuyertoreplacethenamedvesselwithanotherone,orshouldthenamedvesselarriveattheportofshipmentearlierorlaterthanthedateofarrivalaspreviouslynotifiedtotheseller,thebuyeroritsshippingagentshalladvisethesellertothiseffectinduetime.thesellershallalsokeepinclosecontactwiththeagentorthebuyer.14.5shouldthesellerfailtoloadthegoodsonboardortodeliverthegoodsunderthetackleofthevesselbookedbythebuyer.withinthetimeasnotifiedbythebuyer,afteritsarrivalattheportofshipmentthesellershallbefullyliabletothebuyerandresponsibleforalllossesandexpensessuchasdeadfreight,demurrage.consequentiallossesincurreduponand/orsufferedbythebuyer.14.6shouldthevesselbewithdrawnorreplacedordelayedeventuallyorthecargobeshutoutetc.,andthesellerbenotinformedingoodtimetostopdeliveryoftheca...
