LC 压控振荡器课程设计(含程序)武汉理工大学《学科基础课群课设》摘要本设计是一个功能完善,性能优良的高频 VCO(Voltage ControlOscillation)。主振器由分立元件组成。电压对频率的控制是通过变容二极管来实现的。即通过改变变容二极管的反向压降,从而改变变容二极管的结电容,继而改变振荡频率。系统的输出频,3 率范围为 10MHz—40MHz。频率稳定度在以上。设计以单片机为控制核心,实现频 10率和电压值的实时测量及显示并控制频率步进,步进有粗调和细调的功能。粗调可实现较大步进值调节,是调可实现较小步进值调节。该功能使得频率的准确定位十分方便。本电路在调频部分为提高输出频率精度,采用单片机控制主振器参数,根据产生不同的频率范围控制不同的主振器参数而达到提高精度和稳定度的目的。为了高频信号的良好传输,本设计的部分电路板采用了人工刻板使得本设计更加特色鲜明,性能优良。关键字:VCO 单片机 变容二极管 ADC0804AbstractThis design is a high frequency VCO with comprehensive and perfectfunction.
