This is a combination of Chairman Mao's handwriting, strong and powerful, outstanding and eminent, which embodies not only artistic style but also authority. The following is the logo of CTGU: setting sail and pursuing knowledge. The symbolic meaning of the logo is roaming in the sea of books and pursuing knowledge, and all the teachers and students will do their best to realize their dreams. The bright green color stands for the development of hydroelectric engineering and the Three Gorges Culture. ▲ “求索”是三峡大学的校训，它出自于爱国诗人屈原的著名诗句“路漫漫其修远兮，吾将上下而求索”，著名的书法家欧阳中石先生为这一校训亲笔题字。 CTGU motto, "Qiu Suo", means "exploring and studying". The word "Qiu Suo" comes from the Li sao by Qu Yuan, a famous patriotic poet. He wrote: "Lu man man qi xiu yuan xi, wu jiang shang xia er qiu suo".
