The comparison of modern society between China and United Kingdom in terms of youth culture,social welfare and threats. With increasing internationalisation, country is becoming homogeneous. That is to say, countries are being like each other. Internationalisation is a process where by countries with more contact such as economy and culture. However, the national character will be lost if the country blindly pursuit internationalisation. Modern British and Chinese society becoming increasingly similar, but still significant differences as a result of history, culture and traditions. In terms of China, during 18th century, the use of paper and gunpowder are introduced by China to other countries,however there was a decline during 19th to early 20th century and the Chinese society economically dominated by the West. Although China had little contact West, it established policies after the 1990s and affected the development of economy. On the other hand, the United Kingdom was an imperialist country during 19th to early 20th century, and then met a decline during economic recession. However, it began develop inventions and economy by the late 19th century after lost the colonies. Now, the United Kingdom improving so fast as people know that English begin as an international language.
