The mortality rate of IE is high, and early identification and appropriate management are crucial for improving patient outcomes. Anti-infection treatment and surgical intervention are the main treatment options for IE, but the optimal timing and indications for surgery are still controversial. This study aims to analyze the anti-infection treatment, surgical indications, and timing for 145 cases of IE to provide a basis for clinical decision-making.Objectives: The objectives of this study are to:1. Analyze the anti-infection treatment for IE, including the choice of antibiotics, treatment duration, and complications.2. Investigate the surgical indications for IE, including the type of valve involved, the severity of valve dysfunction, and the degree of infection.3. Evaluate the timing of surgical intervention for IE, including the impact of early vs. late surgery on patient outcomes.Methodology: This study will be a retrospective analysis of medical records for 145 patients with IE who were treated at our hospital between January 2024 and December 2024. The data will be collected from the hospital's electronic medical records system. The following data will be collected: patient demographics, clinical characteristics, laboratory results, echocardiography findings, anti-infection treatment regimen and duration, surgical indications, surgical approach, and patient outcomes. Data analysis will include descriptive statistics, chi-square tests, logistic regression analysis, and survival analysis.Expected outcomes: The results of this study will provide valuable information on the anti-infection treatment, surgical indications, and timing for IE. This information can be used to 精品文档---下载后可任意编辑guide clinical decision-making and improve patient outcomes. Moreover, our findings may help to establish guidelines for the management of IE that can be used by healthcare professionals around the world. Conclusion: Infective endocarditis is a serious infectious disease that requires early identification and appropriate management. Anti-infection treatment and surgical intervention are the main treatment options for IE, but the optimal timing and indications for surgery are still controversial. This study will provide important information on the anti-infection treatment, surgical indications, and timing for IE to guide clinical decision-making and improve patient outcomes.
